How Play Village works
Play Village is a role-play play facility that operates with scheduled sessions, setting us apart from other play spaces. Below, you can learn how our sessions work and what to expect during your playtime.
Arrival
Play Village is on the fourth floor of Buckhauserstrasse 28. If taking the lift, there is a door immediately in front of the lift to enter the area.
We are a shoe-free space, so leave your shoes and prams in the cloakroom by the stairs. You can wear socks, grip socks, or go barefoot—grip socks are recommended.
After that, check in at the reception desk to buy your ticket if you haven’t pre-booked. If it’s your first visit, we’ll give you a quick explanation of the space. If you’re a regular, after check in, just head straight in and enjoy!
Our Play Sessions
We have four play sessions during the day.
We operate two hour time slots, which include 100 minutes of play, 5 minutes of clean up. We then close the play area so we can reset all they rooms ready for the start of the next session.
We operate with scheduled sessions, setting us apart from other play spaces.
This means all children who visit Play Village get to have the same enjoyable experience and can fully immerse themselves in our themed rooms.

Arriving Between Sessions?
No Reservation?
We accept walk-ins! However, we kindly ask you to check our reservation system or give us a call before arriving. Occasionally, sessions might be closed for private events or scheduled maintenance. We want to ensure a fun experience for everyone and avoid any disappointment at the door.
Early Birds:
If you arrive 10-15 minutes before your session, please feel free to relax in our cafeteria while we prepare the playing areas for you. We have a selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase, and you’re also welcome to bring your own treats.
Mid session arrivals:
You have the choice to start playing right away in the current session, but please be aware that everyone needs to clean up at the scheduled time and you will be required to leave, even if you haven’t played for the full 100 minutes.
Staying longer?
If you haven’t quite yet finished playing when your session is over and you want more time, you can purchase a reduced-price ticket for the next session.
